GREEN MANGO AND FRIED FISH

 

 Serves : 2/3      

  Prep Time: 10 minutes      

  Cook Time : 20 minutes 


Ingredients :

– 1 clean and whole Red Tilapia (or Black Tilapia, Red Snapper or Bream)

– 1 Green Mango cut in julienne strips

– 1 tablespoon of Oil

For the Dressing :

– 2 tablespoons of Cider Vinegar

– 2 tablespoons of Sugar

– 2 tablespoons of Fish Sauce « Real Thai ® »

– 2 cloves of finely chopped Garlic

– 2 finely chopped Bird’s Eye Chili


Instructions :

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium-low heat, then place the fish into the pan.

Fry both sides for 10 minutes each, or until the fish is cooked, golden brown, and crispy.

Dressing :

Mix all the ingredients into a bowl

Garnish :

Decorate the julienne strips of mango on a plate, place the fish on top and garnish with sauce

Tip : 

Serve with Thai Jasmine Rice « Golden Rose ® »
